1-I don't want my computer to Auto-Run this CD.( Frequence = 1 )

2-CD does not auto-run.( Frequence = 0 )

3- After instalation the CD-Rom doesn't work.   I always get the same message 
   "device channel could not be found to play this media"( Frequence = 1 )

4-CD is not accessible.( Frequence = 0 )

5-How do I UNINSTALL the CD? ( Frequence = 1)

Solution:
Hold down the shift key on the keyboard while you insert the CD. After the CD light blinks
 a few times, release the shift key.

Select the drive letter of your CD-ROM drive. Double-click Autorun.exe.

Solution:
The message " device channel could not be found to play this media"
is because of one of that reason:
- 1- You have not an audio system in your pc (as sound card)
- 2 - you have the audio system but  you don't enable it
- 3 - you have the audio system and you enable it but you use the system for
other application at the same time when you run mosaico CD Rom
Please, be sure that your audio system work and that it is not used by other
application when the mosaic CD Rom work

Solution:
1. There are possibly fingerprints or smudges on the CD. Wipe clean and try again.
2. Your CD-ROM can't read long file names.  This type of CD-ROM is very rare, they
 are found in older machines. If you have one, you will have to find a machine that
 can read long filenames, or return the CD(s) to us. 
3. The CD has a manufacturing defect (very, very rare). You will have to return
 the CD(s) to us for a replacement or refund.
